As part of SAAF Support packages, our customers can benefit from remote support, enabling our finance consultants to remotely access your machine to quickly assist you with any issues.

To access remote support you will be asked if you are sure you want to run this program. Click “Run,” , “Install” or “Yes,” to allow your finance consultant to access your computer remotely.

Your SAAF Finance Consultant will be on the phone to guide you through the process.

When the program begins a box will appear with an ID number. Please give this to your consultant so that they can log onto your pc.

When the program is closed your consultant will no longer have access to your computer.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
